Immersing oneself and experiencing firsthand the rich and textured cultures found across East Africa and Southern Africa are oftentimes the most remarkable and memorable aspects of our guests' experiences during their trips.

Savor the complex flavors of Swahili cuisine found in Zanzibar and along the coasts of Kenya and Tanzania; or enjoy the amazing wines of South Africa's Cape Winelands; or try Cape Malay cuisine, which fuses Malaysian, Eastern, and local South African influences into its flavorful dishes.

Besides unique culinary offerings, local forms of art, music, and dance are also deeply engrained in the various African cultures. Whether you wish to visit galleries & museums, or peruse art stalls on the streets of Arusha, Cape Town, or Johannesburg, you will undoubtedly witness amazing creativity. Plus, you will be able to purchase an artwork or two to add to your collection at home!

For those interested in learning about indigenous ways of life, we can arrange a visit to a traditional Maasai village in the Ngorongoro highlands of Tanzania or the plains of Kenya, cultural tours in Namibia (with the Himba Tribe) and in Botswana (with the Khwai Community), and other interesting and unique immersions. We also coordinate educational tours of local townships in Cape Town and guided tours of Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, as well as the historically and culturally significant areas of Johannesburg, Nairobi, Zanzibar, etc.

We promise that you will return from your trip feeling inspired and fulfilled, and having made at least a few new friends.
